PagerDuty Toolkit

Arcade's PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty to query, monitor, and manage incidents, schedules, teams, and on-call rotations via the PagerDuty API.

Capabilities

  • Incident management — retrieve individual incidents by ID, list incidents with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range), update status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen), and reassign to a specific user.
  • Activity and audit — list log entries (account-wide activity feed) surfacing triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.
  • On-call and scheduling — list on-call entries with optional filters and browse all schedules.
  • Teams, services, and escalation policies — list and get details for teams (including members and linked resources), services (with name search), and escalation policies.
  • User lookup — list users, fuzzy-search by name or email, and fetch the authenticated user's own profile with contact and notification summaries.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the PagerDuty provider. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for setup instructions, required scopes, and configuration details.
